Muhammadu Buhari said the executive and legislative arms of government will work closely together.
"Our administration has a Nine-Point Development Agenda aimed at improving the livelihood of Nigerians within the next 3 years, and laying the foundation for the lifting of 100 million Nigerians out of poverty within the next 10 years.
The democratic experience of the last 20 years underscores the need for effective partnership and collaboration between the executive and legislative arms of government, to deliver on our mandate to make life better for all Nigerians. We must continue to work closely together."
